Free Style Olympic Weightlifting, Stretching & Pilates, Cardio CatSlide & TRX, Posture Mobility & Flexibility, Plyometrics and Explosive Movements and Exercise as Medicine – Training to Prevent Disease are all offered with body testing and nutrition plans to guarantee the results our clients demand!

  • 1/2 hour PT – 400 kr
  • 1 hour PT – 700 kr
  • Training manuals – 250 kr
  • Body Testing – 350 kr
  • Meal Plans – 850 kr
  • 12 Session Courses – 4,800 – 9,500 kr

Was actually woken up this morning by my Blackberry bleeping a new email. Derrick Bradford @ runs a successful Dubai based Personal Training Camp with a athletic training philosophy. His words of ” Wow! Hi Simon, Im a big fan of your work” and the fact he loved the look of the new Bare Trening Studio, gave me the inspiration to get up and show everyone else what he´s on about!     Seems like your really enjoying your training in the video. I also do trainings like squat and box jump. very explosive but effective with my goals of jumping higher.
