+ 10 open-close jumps, 90 sec rest

Chest incline – SL7005
3 x 6 reps @ 55 kg
+ 30 x running arms @ 3 kg

3 x 8 reps @ 70 kg each leg

Colin Jackson Abdominals
Knee – ankles x 30
Sides x 30
Bum lifts x 15
Twists x 30
wrist – knee x 30
S.leg bum lifts x 15

Total = 150
