Julius Caesar, my new project!


This is Julius´s training session. He is running 60 meter sprints competitively  indoors in early 2011.He live and trains in Oslo, Norway. We are training here in Fitness Xpress because its a high quality studio, and has everything we need right next to Bislett athletics stadium. This is an early conditioning session incorporation the basics, I love the calf blast, my own variation on the Scott Able Coaching method. The heart rate trace and zone calculations were done using a Garmin 305 GPS Training Watch, a very useful tool. Kcal burnt in 1 hr 56 min were 1,254

Bike 5min, wall climb

Ankle roll 3 x 10m

Stretch 15 mins

Canali (youtube) sitting in pike, active, band resistance

Pole standing x 5 , pike x 5, lying full sit up x 5

Barbell complex (youtube) 20 kg x 1


Clean 1 x10 @ 20 kg

2 x 10 @ 30 kg

Split jump x 10 between sets

leg press 1 x 10 @ 105 kg

1 x 10 @ 135 kg

1 x 10 @ 155 kg

Box step jumps x 10 alliterate leg, between sets

Full squat 2 x 10 @ 40 kg

1 x 10 @ 60 kg wide stance

Calf Blast x 3 sets

20 kg side to side x 20

Full squat on toes x 20

Ring extension calf raise x 20

Calf rolls in full squat x 15
