    I do cleans and one handed dumbell snatches in my workout. Everyone looks at me like I have lost my mind.

    One hand is underhand, the other is not… is that the RIGHT way… trying to avoid injury.

    i tried doing weightlifting. it really helps improving muscles and power. Just make sure you do the right execution of the workout to avoid any injury.
