Heart Health Education


Here are some power point presentations that are use for educating post operative heart patients.  They are also relevant for many other health issues.  These are just the presentations, and in practice are accompanied by a specialist lecture, please bear this in mind when reading through them.  If you have any questions please leave a comment.
